While our doors have been closed, our hearts have been with our valued guests and community. We’re so grateful for your support and encouragement over the past year and a half, and are thrilled to share that we will be reopening this fall.
We’ve used this time to reevaluate our mission, values, and offerings, and think about how we can evolve the Bluestem experience to best serve our guests, team members, and partners. When our doors open, both our regulars—and those joining us for the first time—will find a welcoming gathering place that fosters connection and nourishes people for how we eat and drink today; on the go, in the moment or somewhere in between.
The new Bluestem will demonstrate a continued and increasing dedication to sustainably sourced ingredients, and champion the incredible farmers, fisherman, and artisans of the California coastal region. An array of vibrant, diverse, and thoughtfully curated food, drinks, and products will be waiting to be discovered. We can’t wait to welcome you in.
